My mother is coming over tomorrow, so it's clean, clean, clean!

Washing up is almost done, then it'll be cleaning the worktops and clearing the clutter on top of the microwave.

Also to do, clear the sofa, almost done just a few bits left, clear then vacuum the floor.

Put clothes away and clear clutter from bedside tables.

Bathroom floor needs cleaning again too.

I did a shitload this morning. It was a day for trimming!
Chopped some branches in the garden and clipped the doggo. Washing and vacuuming done again to clear out the poodle fluff.

So really all that is left is to bring the washing in and pack the dishwasher again! Fish in the oven now.

Tomorrow I have to do the bunnies litter, so many spots on the garden need mulch again now. So many places I could dump it! Watering is going as well as it can considering my much more limited time outside lately.

I need to put the rubbish out and do some washing. Might do some watering of the yard if i can manage at sunset. The rest I did this morning -bunny litter, vacuuming, shopping.

Grocery shopping at this time of year is ridiculous. I cant wait for the silly season to be over.

Some seriously bad drivers on the highway. First truck wanted me to pass on double white lines, kept doing the flicky indicator at me and Im like theres an over taking lane in one kilometre anyway!! I nearly saw a head on crash when a hatchback wanted to pass everyone on single lane, and a ute tail gating me at 110km/hr pulled out a few times before just waiting for a passing lane. Then we all got stuck behind a caravan doing 80 anyway :D

Then on the way home, another roadtrain doing 110km/hr on an overtaking lane so i had to speed to get past it since i knew it would slow down as soon as we got to a hill. Or saw a cop car. They are not supposed to be going over 100km/hr.

Harvest trucks and tourist drivers are a silly mix. Im glad I only went to the "local" IGA 40kms away instead of the city!!

There are a few little things I want to do while Lilah naps but keep forgetting about.

-find the pink knee table and put it on the lounge
-go through the fly screen boxes and stuff behind the old fridge
- find a spot for the decorative tiles mum sent down
-bring in/wash the donated bunny blankets
- put some padding on the walker seat to see if Lilah can be trained to sit on it.
-cover the outside washing line with shade cloth
-train the grape vine (again)
-move the the old bathroom cabinet to the garden tool spot or into the carport
-sort the old hoses and use or chuck out!! They are currently laying on my driveway and have been run over by my car twice. (Maybe can use them in the duck fencing if not for watering?)
-rip up more grass runners from the court yard and put on driveway
-rake out old mulch
-transplant fernlike thing to back fence
-move potplant from bathroom to outside
-cover old carpets with bedsheets (both bunnies and puppies are trying to eat these)

There is so much to do in the garden! The watering has taken all my energy.

I planted some watermellon seeds today so i hope they grow and dont get eaten (or taken). Mostly chopping raking and general tidying to do. Whippersnipping but not hard core, just to take the tops off the dandelions. Ran out of the cord today so i need to reload it.

Of these, some are done

find the pink knee table and put it on the lounge
-go through the fly screen boxes and stuff behind the old fridge
- find a spot for the decorative tiles mum sent down
- put some padding on the walker seat to see if Lilah can be trained to sit on it.
-cover the outside washing line with shade cloth (done but it blew off so needs better securing)
-train the grape vine (again)
-move the the old bathroom cabinet to the garden tool spot or into the carport
-sort the old hoses and use or chuck out!! They are currently laying on my driveway and have been run over by my car twice. Half done
-transplant fernlike thing to back fence

Hot hot hot day. 39C on the patio. I did the watering this morning, cleaned the bunny litter, clipped a bit of Lilah fluff and vacuumed. Lunch time now. Legs are so sore! Puppy is pooped cos vacuum makes big scary noise and i also moved her pen to a new spot which was exciting until she was locked in haha.

Done for today but still not done with that list!

find the pink knee table and put it on the lounge
-go through the fly screen boxes and stuff behind the old fridge
- find a spot for the decorative tiles mum sent down
- put some padding on the walker seat to see if Lilah can be trained to sit on it.
-move the the old bathroom cabinet to the garden tool spot or into the carport

5 days til mum comes. Place doesn't have to be as spotless as her usual visits cos shes coming alone :)

So Im going to work through the benchs/table/tv cabinet today and tidy things then spray and wipe.

Scrubbed the shower last night but could still do with a wipeover with windex. The puppy needs a bath so I will do that before the final wipe down.

I need to really clean the craft room cos thats where mum will sleep. Loads to tidy up in there, I have been putting everything that needs to go out of puppy/bunny reach in there, plus all my clean clothes that need sorting and putting away.

Probably be a very slow pace for me this week. Having real trouble walking, but nothing is so badly dirty or urgent that it cant be left. Everything is pretty much clean enough, its just tidying really. Been able to keep on top of it for a while now. Taking it more easy is going to work this week, no pressure.

Get the stuff for the parish room organised, write up the rules for the room and watch at least one of the fire safety videos

Bunny litter and cleaning their pen tomorrow. Will change out all the rugs and vacuum.

Got most of the craft room organised today. A little bit more of a tidy to do then I'll wipe it down and vacuum. Its pretty cramped but its just for sleeping in anyway. I gotta find my vingear spray bottle, I duno where that is at all and want to spray the mould spots.

My clippers arrived today so i did a tiny bit of clipping on Lilahs legs but need to even it all out a bit. She isnt keen on the new clippers so i have to do some training with that.

Pack the dishwasher tonight and wipe the bathroom walls.

Buns are done! Thats a massive job to switch the rugs out. The old ones are still in a bundle in the laundry but at least the pen is done and buns back in. Lilah was almost howling when I made her stay in her pen. Gotta change the vacuum bag out before I do the bedrooms. I've misplaced the filter bag so its all dusty as to handle.

Did some more clipping on Lilahs, again not much but as much as she would tolerate. She would prefer to chew on the clippers than be clipped.

Gotta take some rubbish out tonight. And the scraps for the ducks. Try to write a shopping list but that rarely happens. And the most impossible thing - move the car eskys to the boot so mum can fit in the back seat.

I didnt get as much done today as planned... Puppy fell asleep on my lap for a few hours after a bath.
I was pinned.

So tomorrows list-
Water yard
Clean the kitchen
Clean the toilet
Change vac bag and vac bedrooms
Make up the spare bed
Washing, clothes first.
Take cover off carpet, replace with new one and move to the hall. Wash covers
Take more rubbish out, including off the patio
Final tidy of car
Try to tidy Lilahs trim. Its pretty bad haha but we were doing it on the couch and not in anyway organised. At least she will be cooler this way, I still need to get her chest and neck done and the rest is more evening it out.
Then pick up mum in the arvo.
