Can you do the walk from front door to bathroom instead? I don't know if that's a big area, it's a tiny hallway for me, but it'll make you feel like something is done.
I could, but when I do the bathroom I plan to put stuff in the hall while cleaning, which will be dirty, and so it's easier to do while the hall is still dirty so I don't have to clean it twice in a few days. My plan is to go through the apartment in an order that will leave the least after cleaning once I'm done - besides the weekly cleaning I will of course start doing. Anyway, that means bathroom then hall then living room/dining room/bedroom and then kitchen last.

I might do some organizing in my living room while I wait, though, and I need to sort through my closet and find a ton to donate - there is an entire rack of clothing and I recently realized that I haven't worn more than two things from it in the past two years.

Right now, the radiator is on full blast, and I can't turn it off or down, and trying to deep clean in a room with no windows, bad ventilation, and a broken radiator that fills the room with musty heat? No thanks.

Ugh that sounds like cleaning hell, like my summers! I have never seen a radiator in real life before hehe, housing overseas is set up so differently! It always interests me to hear how other people live. I would DIE in summer if my air conditioner died. Luckily my house is beautifully designed since it was built before air conditioners existed, so at night having the breeze is still better than being stuck in a concrete jungle.

Today is warm and humid. I have one load of washing on now but those rugs on the clothes horse are not quite dry yet. It doesnt matter if this load takes longer outside on the big line though, its just a bunny rug. Next is bunny towels. I have already cleaned their litter boxes today. I have to go rake out the mess on the fruit trees this arvo.

As well as whippersnipping at dusk. It is VERY snakey out there right now... all of my grass goes straight up because I havent let the ducks on it for a while. Yesterday I saw a spot that was all bent down, in the shape of a big snake. So I am terrified haha. The grass is growing so super quick lately with the rain and the heat, but I am really enjoying it before it browns off. The grass is my paradise! Of course, I sucked up some stringy bit in the whipper snipper AGAIN so its not running great. I might have to replace it soon. Its not designed for this size of property so I am pretty happy with how it held up - it would still be under warranty but because I have cracked it open a few times, I am not sure if it is still covered. I will just use it until it dies anyway. Such a fun gadget.

Bunnies have started their moult, so fur will be in the air for the next few weeks!

I done all my list except the last two. I cleaned the bathroom but didnt wash my hair. It was cold! I figure if I do it tomorrow in the morning it can dry all day. I did cut my hair a bit today but there is one long strand about an inch thick that I missed.

I ended up whippersnipping the ducks paddock. I had planned to leave it until the end of the week but it had grown SO much and one of the ducks is sitting on her eggs now, so I didnt want to make it a snake paradise. I am amazed at how much I got done. The thing that stopped me was the sun going down, rather than the battery this time! But then once the paddock got too dark I went out onto the driveway under the street light for about 3 minutes before the battery did cark it haha. I am truly surprised and pleased with how much I can get done, even with a migraine and pain, its so much easier than life on meds. That was like being stuck in mud all day everyday. Its such a blessing to be able to move!

Tomorrow is an easy day
wash hair
Bring the bin in
unpack the dishwasher
TAKEAWAY DINNER WOOOOO

@sk I saw a "hack" the other day about storing computer cords - cardboard tubes! That was a cool idea. I might do that one day but all my cords are currently in a box anyway so Im not going to drag them out just to do it. You can write on the tube what they are without having to untangle them.

Gotta clean the bunnies litter today. Just did another big order for some. I have been trying xander with a different recycled paper pellet type and I am happy with it so far, but it is much heavier. Its a type I can get in a grocery store if the internet/postage supply dries up over summer. Anya tends to eat anything that isnt wood chips so I am saving those for her. I dont want to overstock myself because storage is an issue. I cant just put it out in the shed or patio because mice will get in and make it a home. I have to keep it all in my old fridge, the most expensive storage cupboard ever! But it is fantastically mouseproof hehe.

That is really my only aim for today. I'll dump the litter on the garden somewhere and rake it out. Hopefully my ducks dont escape today but I plan to move the fence soon anyway so I am not going to fix it up when I just intend to tear it down.

Xander is being an explorer bun, he had a quick brush and cuddle with me, but then wanted to go and run around the house some more. He will find a place to settle down nap soon and then I can get started on stealing his poop. Bunnies get very upset when someone steals their poop! Easier done when they are asleep haha.

I've been catching up with all the jobs that I've not had time to do when working during the week. Got a new phone, necklace is at the jewelers, bought and posted a card.

Inside progress has been slow, but I have at least started it. Going to work in around 40 minutes so just having lunch and then I'll do some more of the washing up.

I feel awful today. I did end up pulling out all the duck fencing and moving it the other day, but it does need some fixing. They havent got out today yet, but I know there are gaps they can get through if they wanted to. Lots of reptiles around today, so I am not keen to be down in the grass on a hot day like this after a few very cold days. A bobtail was under my clothes line while I was getting dressed out there. I should really put clothes on before I go outside cos if I step on a snake while topless, that would be embarrassing. Anyway my list is for the next few days, not just for today because I feel like crap and probably wont do much today -

- top up the ducks pellet bin, move the old buckets out
- sweep leaves and sticks out from behind the car and chuck on fruit trees
- tidy wood pile and snake hidey holes
- cut kindling and put it in the wheely bin to store
- rake up sticks in the grass so I dont think they are snakes everytime I see them
- whippersnip back fence and under new fence
- secure new fence
- take out rubbish
- clean veggie draw in fridge
- water patio garden and asparagus babies
- plant seeds in the big pot I just filled with dirt
- fill green pot with compost
- water indoor plants
- brush bunnies
- wash sheets
- go to the post office on the way to the shops
- alter bras so I have at least one that stops poking and bruising me grrr underwear should not be this complicated.

Well wasn't planned to do today but the cat managed to get cat litter into the bath. So bath cleaned and drain unblocked. I do need to do the floor again though.
Need to also do kitchen floor, and finish the kitchen as a whole, I keep thinking about sorting out the food cupboard but I have to get the rest done first

I did about an hours work out the back. There is just to much to do. I guess it is good to be plugging along, but everytime I go out, I see something new that I have to do! I am tired and feel so sick and overwhelmed by it all.

At least the ducks didnt escape today, and I havent done any more work on the fence yet. But planted some seeds and watered the patio plants. Its raining now which is a real relief. I will be able to tip the duck pellets in their bin when I go to put them to bed later. I want to make a whole new space for that. I do not like having their feed so close to the door like it is. Its scary.

Todays goal is going to the shop and post office. Oh how I dread the post office! I dont think I would have moved here had I known before I got here that there was no home mail delivery. I used to struggle just to get to my own mail box in the city and now I have to go all the way into the post shop! If it wasnt bunny litter, which is a HUGE delivery, I would not even go today. But they dont have much room back there to store my boxes so it would be impolite to leave it for too much longer.

I am trying to bribe myself with chinese food, but I am so anxious I do not want to eat at all. I MUST go because I only have one bag of bunny food left and if I dont go today, I have to go tomorrow, which will be more busy and worse. I feel terrible this week and terrified! I think going into that chemist for the jab really set off the pstd in me. I have not been well at all physically or mentally, I am not doing well at all. If I didnt have the bunnies I would not be leaving my house. Like I have said before, obligation is my best motivation. I wouldnt feed myself, but I cant not feed the bunnies! Both of whom hate me right now cos I was late with breakfast already.

Ugh another coffee down the hatch, need some strength!

Went to shop and post office. Boxes are still in the back of my car. Post office was every bit as bad as it could be.

Drive was great, busy as on the highway, but I do love driving. Shop wasnt totally awful, they have finished the renovation and I didnt get a single electric shock from the shelves for the first time ever from there. They have all new dairy fridges too which is great because they were so bad before. Now I can barely walk. Legs have done their dumb thing. Made it to put the ducks to bed, its like the legs dont listen and the hips are doing all the balancing. Weird and glad no one saw me in the garden. Hopefully they work ok tomorrow. I just need to make it walking to let the ducks out. Getting around the house on wood floors is easy, but trying to slide around the garden is not!

Tomorrow I will clean the bottom of the fridge, pack dishwasher. I tried to do the cross out on my list of what i have already done but couldnt find the strike through button..brain probably dumb too. Done a few things off it but more to go. No heavy lifting this weekend.

Didnt get the fridge cleaned out but I did get all the bunny boxes in from the car and litter packed away. Dishes done. Ooh strike through works on the laptop so -

top up the ducks pellet bin, move the old buckets out
- sweep leaves and sticks out from behind the car and chuck on fruit trees
- tidy wood pile and snake hidey holes
- cut kindling and put it in the wheely bin to store
- rake up sticks in the grass so I dont think they are snakes everytime I see them

- whippersnip back fence and under new fence
- secure new fence
- take out rubbish
- clean veggie draw in fridge
- water patio garden and asparagus babies
- plant seeds in the big pot I just filled with dirt
- fill green pot with compost
- water indoor plants
- brush bunnies

- wash sheets
- go to the post office on the way to the shops
- alter bras so I have at least one that stops poking and bruising me grrr underwear should not be this complicated.
-

I will strip the bed tomorrow morning and run the washing machine while I am in the meeting. I am not sure I am going to get any whipper snipping done tomorrow, legs are still not great but I did a tiny bit of fixing on the fence today and will just keep doing a tiny section every time I pass it. 3 of the ducks got out today and then the brother was all sad all alone because the big mumma was on her eggs, so I opened the gate and let him find his friends. I moved the ponds around, cleaned one out and filled them.

I wont be able to rake out the leaves and tidy the wood pile until I move the ducks pellet bins but I have changed my mind to where i want to put them so they are not done yet. I have to move the car out too which probably wont happen until next week. The battery needs replacing so when it is started it need to be going for a run until I get that done next year.

Bunnies need their litter boxes changed and hay bins topped up tomorrow too.

Just the usual dishes, benches. Pouring rain and windy as outside so not a washing day, but I'll get a load in to start it tomorrow. Must get into the duck pen and steal some eggs before I have 20 ducklings running around! I hope my balance comes back tomorrow so I can get in the coop.

Stole the eggs! Wooo! That is my greatest achievement so far today because getting in that coop is HARD, especially when my legs are wonky like this. She had 17 eggs. 17!!!! I am so glad I took some off her, she has started getting violent about her babies but I know this particular duck tends to abandon her nests if they are disturbed. So, I dug out 13 with an icecream container, super careful not to touch the 4 that were left, cos I dont mind if she has some babies, she just cant have 17 babies! I heard her sad screams when I came back inside. I left the icecream container out there for the crows to eat the eggs. I duno if magpies eat eggs but they have a couple fledgings learning to fly so maybe they will grab some too. I hope so. I'd rather they be in my yard than out elsewhere. Even the local vet is sick to death of people on holidays catching wild birds just because they could be caught.

All the neighbourhood birds are teaching their babies to fly in my garden, it is so cute! I can stand out there quietly and have 5 or 6 different breeds of birds fluttering around. The other day I took Xander out for a brush and we had 2 dozen birds fluttering around our heads! Like a bloody disney movie! The bright blue fairy wren loves itself in the side mirrors of my car. Covered them in poop, but it is so cute because that little wren has grown up here and I cant bring myself to be mad at it. Its good it keeps the spiders off the mirrors anyway. I should really look up the real names of these birds, I duno what they are actually named but I prefer to look in a book because the net pictures are harder to compare.

Washing is hung out. Dishwasher is on. Bunnies have had their free time and are now napping. Nothing stopping me from going shopping now. Ughhhh I dont want to go shopping WAAA! But that is what is required for the bunnies.
