Does anyone else experience this? When I scroll and see gifs and walls of images - they often make me motion sick. Especially how they replay and replay and replay. Its like a glitch in the brain pan. I got my eyes checked yesterday, so its not that. Anyone else affected in this way? I know I can turn off images, which I may do, but I am interested to see if others experience this and have you found a solution to it besides avoidance? I don't want to miss out on the post content.

Netflix side scrolling does the same, I have to shut my eyes when I scroll sideways and tend to shut my eyes when I scroll on the phone too - it makes me feel ill to see the pictures zoom past. More so scrolling sideways than vertical. I have always got motion sick in buses, boats and planes too. Am I all alone?

That hasn’t happened to me but Playstation at first made me terribly motion sick, buu now it only happens when I use the VR.

Multiple animated gifs are annoying though.

Never by just scrolling around images and stuff.
Can't recall that ever happened anyway.

Some games could be terrible though. Especially in the early 3D shooters days.
Usually it's not to bad in modern games though.

But as Bela said. VR can be awful.
I have a VR set and it doesn't take much before you get motion sick using that.

YES! a lot of animated gifs in signatures on BB does this. Especially now when the whole banners are animated. And the posts that have tons of animated gifs all in a row? Just cant look. The other thing are websites like AV Club, and various others, where I am reading reviews and they have animated gifs and it's very difficult for me.

Double yes on the glitch in the brain. It just doesn't feel right. The same thing repeated over and over.
I am not fond of the animated gif. Too much excess usage.

YAY! I have a friend in wonkiness :D I often like the scenes presented but the flip back to the beginning spew . It's not just a preference, it's an actual reaction. I think we might have this in common with listening to music on repeat too? I wonder if there is more to that.

I can't watch the big Marvel movies at all now - my housemate used to watch the movies 3 times a week and it's more than being sick of it, its being sick from it.

Playstation at first

Now you mention that - I get the same reaction from gaming too. I never pushed past the earlier graphics as it wasnt worth it for me, set off vertigo for a while after. Later, I couldn't even be in the same room as games going on. TV draws my eyes and even a few seconds made me dizzy. Not to mention everyone I knew who played the games had to have the sound up to full. What a headache haha.

Always a relief to know others have similar experiences and I am not just imagining it lol.

Do not watch the movie Cloverfield - I almost left the theater I was so motion sick. Had to sit there with my eyes closed.

Indeed. Blair Witch Project was bad as well in parts. Blair Witch though I don't recall it happening as much.
