So I was watching S02E13 "Houses of the Holy" and I kinda chuckle because it talking all about angels etc, two full seasons before the first one is shown in the show. Baby's license plate reads KAZ. Could it be that Castiel was originally to be Kaztiel?

It might have been. I never noticed the plate before. I just thought it odd the first time seeing it was in that episode. I didnt see the numbers but that would make sense.

Wasn't KAZ the licence plate from the beginning until sometime in S3? I remember them having to ditch their plates for some reason.

There's also the scene in the ep with Bela in S3, 'Red Sky At Morning', where Sam's reading a Latin spell:

Aziel, Castiel, Lamisniel, Rabam. Ehrley, et balam, ego vos conuro, per deum verum, per deum vivum (pause) cuivos cuiaves eos supermontes et per eum, qui adam, et avum formovit. Et per eum

Makes me laugh every time.

I never paid attention. I feel horrible for my post. I became one of THOSE people. I hate those people. I am full of self-loathing now. I dont think I ever seen it beyond when it aired so it's easier to pick stuff up on the computer.

Another 'easter egg' that I am positive I missed first time around. Hollywood Babylon S02E18. I am giggling about it just thinking about it. When they are on the lot tour and they announce that the set for Gilmore Girls is coming up and maybe you will see someone you recognize. Sam gets a really weird look and jumps off. Having just recently learned he was ON the bloody show, I am sure the first time around I had no idea what that was for. It was hilarious seeing it last night.

What about the episode with Paris Hilton?

Dean says to her "I've never even seen House of Wax" and Jared/Sam gives him this sort of hurt and confused look, since Jared was in that movie with her. That always makes me laugh.

I love when they reference pop culture inside of the show. The GG girls lot one was my favorite, though.

You should not make fun of dyslexic people. I have trouble seeing the difference between h and n. I have worked very hard at overcoming my handicap and then when people callously make fun of me it only makes all the steps I've taken that much harder.
