Returning Character and What that Means

Spoilers, obviously, lol.

So, since word came out that Rob Benedict, who plays the prophet, Chuck, is returning to the show this season, I wanted to know everyone's thoughts.

It's long been suspected, since his disappearance at the end of S5, that Chuck was actually God, and since we know that he was alive last season, during the 200th ep, does his return make that true?

Given that this season revolves around God's sister, The Darkness, it's an awfully big coincidence that Benedict is returning now.

So, do you think Chuck is God, and if not, why do you think he's coming back?

I'm just hoping that his return isn't like it was in the 200th, and that the boys actually see his return. As to if he's God then, I'm inclined to agree with that idea, but if he's not that they better explain exactly who he is.

I think Chuck's God. His appearance in the 200th episode did not seem like Chuck as a random guy just showing up.

I think he is, it would be pretty crappy after all that's gone on to say he isn't.

If he is God, then can he be killed by The Darkness? Or was it only Death that could kill him?

I would just like to say that, after all the fights I've had online over the years and at Cons, it is SO nice being right, lmao!! I've always thought Chuck was God, since the S5 finale.

Although, now that I've said that, they'll probably go and do something to change it, lmao!!
